1. Vaping Products — TRPR Compliance

All vaping products supplied by BBM Pound Limited comply fully with the UK Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR) and MHRA guidelines.

2. UK Vape Duty — From 1 October 2026

From 1 October 2026, a flat excise duty of £2.20 per 10ml applies to all e-liquids (including 0mg), plus 20% VAT on top.

3. Household Goods — UKCA Marking

All applicable household goods supplied by BBM Pound Limited comply with UKCA marking requirements and the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

4. Fabric & Textiles Compliance

All fabrics supplied comply with UK textile labelling regulations.

5. Product Safety

We take product safety seriously across every category we supply. Our quality control process includes supplier verification, pre-shipment inspection on bulk orders, compliance documentation retention, and prompt recall procedures if required.

6. Trade Buyer Responsibilities

Trade buyers purchasing vaping products from BBM Pound Limited are responsible for operating their own age verification process (18+), complying with TRPR on onward sales, displaying required health warnings, and not selling to minors.
