Terms of sale for trade accounts with BBM Pound Limited. Last updated: January 2026.
"Company" means BBM Pound Limited. "Customer" means the trade buyer placing an order. "Goods" means the products supplied by the Company.
Trade accounts are available to UK-registered businesses and sole traders. Applicants must provide a valid company registration number or sole trader UTR, business address, and VAT number (if registered).
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the current standard rate (20%) is added at checkout for UK customers.
Minimum order values apply per tier: Bronze £250, Silver £500, Gold £1,000, Platinum £5,000.
Payment terms: Bronze and Silver — payment with order. Gold — 14 days from invoice. Platinum — 30 days from invoice.
UK mainland delivery: 2–3 working days standard or next working day express. Shipping costs: orders under £400 + VAT — £9.95. Orders over £400 + VAT — free UK mainland shipping.
Vaping products are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing vaping products the Customer confirms they are over 18 and operates an age-verification process for onward sales.
From 1 October 2026, a flat excise duty of £2.20 per 10ml applies to all e-liquids (including 0mg), plus 20% VAT.
Cut fabric lengths are non-returnable unless faulty. Vapes and e-liquids are non-returnable if the seal is broken. Household items have a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging.
Vaping products comply with TRPR and MHRA guidelines. Household items comply with UKCA marking requirements and the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
The Company's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
