As a trade wholesaler, our returns policy differs by category due to hygiene, safety, and cutting requirements.
Cut lengths are non-returnable unless faulty. Faulty fabric must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Full rolls may be returned within 14 days subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Unopened packs may be returned within 14 days. Opened packs are non-returnable unless faulty.
Unused household items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
E-liquids and pods are non-returnable if the seal is broken. Faulty devices covered by 30-day warranty.
Email sales@bbmpound.net with your trade account number, order reference, product SKU(s), and reason for return.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned goods.
